摘　　要：本文在论证"村官"犯罪的法律适用刑法法条的不科学性的基础上,阐述了"村官"犯罪的特殊性,进而提出立法者应充分认识这类犯罪的社会危害性,及早将之明确化,独立设罪。The article states application of law of the village＇s chief crime,points out some non-science about governing penal provision to this crime.Basing on it,this article states particularity of the villages chief crime and puts forward some suggestion.Legislator should realize social harmfulness of the crime,make it clear and establish accusation alone.
