摘　　要：本文通过与有利于创新能力的国外一流大学发展的制度因素相比较,分析影响我国研究生创新能力发挥的制度因素,即教学制度、导师制度及学位论文制度,提出培养研究生创新能力而要努力的方向和发展趋势。This paper,in comparison with the foreign institutional factors which help the top uninersities in other countries to motivate innovation,analyzes the system factors influencing the postgraduate innovative ability development in China,including the teaching system,tutor＇s system and the degree thesis,and proposes the ways and trend in training innovative ability of the Chinese postgraduates.
