摘　　要：他汀类药物被广泛用于降低胆固醇,但近来的实验室及临床研究发现,他汀类药物用于慢性心力衰竭治疗,可延缓慢性心力衰竭进展,改善心功能,降低慢性心力衰竭病死率、致残率。本文就他汀类药物治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床证据、作用机制及目前存在问题等方面进行综述。Statins has been widely used in decreasing cholesterol. But recent studies in laboratory and clinic showed that this drug can be used to treat chronic heart failure, which can prevent progress of chronic heart failure, improve hear function and decreasse case fatality and mutilation rate of chronic heart failure. This article reviews related clinical evidence, mechanism of action and suspending prebems at present of statins in treating chronic heart failure.
