摘　　要：全国人大常委会《关于司法鉴定管理问题的决定》以及最高人民检察院、公安部和司法部关于鉴定机构和鉴定人管理的规范性文件之颁布实施,基本实现了对鉴定人行政管理的制度化和规范化。但初始建立的司法鉴定人制度并非至臻完善,其中的某些方面仍需进一步深思。从司法鉴定人法定资格的局限性到鉴定人法律义务的具体承担等七个方面的问题探讨,将有助理解或进一步完善现行的司法鉴定人制度。Enforcement of ＂The Decision＂ on Administration of forensic practioners by the Standing Committee, National People＇s Congress, regulations on administration of forensic science providers forensic practioners by the Supreme People＇s Procuratorator, Ministry of Public Security and Ministry of Justice has basically realized normalized administration of forensic practioners. However. the system is far from perfect and some aspects are required further study. This paper analyzes seven problems, such as limitation of legal qualification of appraiser, appraiser＇s liability and, etc., which might help a clarified understanding of the present appraiser system.
