摘　　要：基于多Agent技术,本文提出在网络环境下构建一个公安刑侦知识协同学习交流系统,为分布在不同地点的公安部门提供信息共享以及最新刑侦技术的学习环境。本文详细描述了系统的体系结构、Agent的内部结构、Agent之间的通信机制及系统特征。This paper puts forward a system under the network for Policemen to learn and communicate criminal investigation knowledge cooperatively by the technology of multi-agent. This system provides a cooperative studying environment for the police in different sites to share information and to acquire new technology of criminal investigation. The article simply describes the system architecture, the internal structure of agent,and the inter-agent communication mechanism and system features.
