摘  要:借助Solid Works2005三维造型软件为轧臼壁进行三维造型,进行网格剖分,按照一定的时间间隔对铸件在不同时刻的温度场进行模拟,得到铸件温度场的分布规律。在此基础上,对轧臼壁的消失模铸造、砂型铸造加冷铁、砂型铸造不加冷铁3种铸造方法进行凝固温度场模拟,预测铸件缺陷出现的部位。模拟结果与实际生产情况一致,起到了指导生产的作用。3D solids modeling of rolled mortar wall was established using SolidWorks2005 software, the temperature fields were simulated using mesh generation and at a regular time interval, the distribution of the temperature fields was obtained. On the basis of these results, solidifying temperature fields of rolled mortar wall under the conditions of investment casting, sand casting with and without cold iron were simulated and the locations of defects were predicted, The simulation results are in good accordance with practical results, thus can guide production.
