Simultaneous Determination of Butyl-Tin Compounds by Single-Sweeping Oscillopolarography with PLS Multivariate Calibration

摘  要:在pH6.0的乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲液中,三丁基锡、二丁基锡和一丁基锡有各自的极谱峰电流,但彼此之间存在相互干扰,难以同时进行极谱测定。文中运用偏最小二乘的多元校正能力,对三种丁基锡混合物极谱图进行多元校正,获得了较好的定量分析结果。回收率为96.2%~101.2%,相对标准偏差为3.2%~11.9%。In an acetate buffer solution of pH 6.0, monobutyltin (MBT) and tributyltin (TBT) gave sensitive polarographic peak currents at -0. 70 V and -1.18 V (vs. SCE) respectively, while dibutyltin (DBT) gave 2 sensitive peak current at -0. 78 V and -0. 88 V. The co-interferences of the 3 compounds made their determinations impossible in their mixtures. By the application of PLS multivariate calibration, the 3 butyltin compounds were successfully determined in the presence of each other, and the simultaneous single-sweeping oscillopolarographic method with the algorithm of PLS multivariate calibration was proposed for the determination in their mixtures. Tests for the precision and recovery of the method were made and the values of RSD's (n= 9) and recoveries obtained were in the ranges of 3. 2%-11.9% and 96.2%-101.2% respectively.
