摘  要:在润滑油添加剂样品溶液的制备中应用了乳化技术。在样品的乙酸乙酯溶液中加入Triton X-100进行乳化,所得乳化样品溶液直接用于钡及锌的火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定,对试样制备及FAAS测定的各种条件,包括乳化剂的加入量,背景干扰以及共存物质的干扰等进行试验并予以优化。为使试剂空白溶液及标准工作曲线的各浓度点试液的粘度与试样溶液的粘度相匹配,在其中加入了琼脂溶液。在应用所提出的方法分析实样中,分析结果的RSD(n=6)值在2.0%~3.5%之间。用标准加入法进行了回收率试验,所得结果在95.4%~103.0%之间。Emulsification technique was applied to the pretreatment of lube additives. The lube additive sample was dissolved in ethyl acetate and emulsified by addition of Triton X-100. The emulsified sample solution was used directly for the FAAS determination of barium and zinc. Conditions for sample preparation and FAAS determination, including the amount of emulsifying agent used, interferences due to background absorption and coexisting substances, were studied and optimized, For matching the viscosity of the blank solution and testing solutions of working standards with the sample solution, appropriate amounts of agar solution were added, Values of RSD's (n=6) and recovery found in the analysis of substantial samples were in the ranges of 2. 0%-3.5% and 95. 4%- 103.0% respectively.
