上进风与台式灶引射性能测试及其比较

摘  要:对一种纯上进风燃气灶和一种台式灶的引射性能进行了实验研究,通过气相色谱分析的方法确定了一次空气系数和炉头温度随着喷嘴前压力的变化规律。实验结果表明:随着喷嘴前压力的变化,上进风炉头的一次空气系数由于炉头温度较高而变化较大;而普通进风方式的引射器的压力适应性要强得多。试验的结果可供新型结构燃气灶的设计参考。Experimental researches were carried out for gas cooker burners incorporating primary air entrainment from upside and downside, respectively. The primary air percentages and head temperatures under different gas pressures were measured by means of chromatigrapghy. The results show that when the gas pressure changes, the primary air percentages of upside- entrainment change within a wider range than that of downside- entrainment burner. This is because the head temperature of upside- entrainment burner is higher than that of downentrainment burner. The results in this paper can help the development of new--type gas cookers.
