摘　　要：目的研究第二三趾联合局部转移皮瓣整形第2趾再造手指的应用解剖关系。方法在30侧成人足标本第二三趾跖背、趾底血管进行解剖,对第三趾胫侧皮瓣动脉来源分型;观察了第二趾趾底动脉在跖侧、背侧的吻合交通支。结果第三趾胫侧皮瓣动脉来源分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ型;第二趾趾底动脉于跖侧,在近节远、近1/3处及中节1/2处,存在恒定的交通吻合支。结论第三趾胫侧皮瓣的主要供应血源为第二趾趾底动脉和第二趾趾背动脉;第二趾趾腹皮瓣血供依靠趾底动脉。Objective To study the applied anatomical relation on 2md toe plastic reconstruction of thumb and finger. Method The 30 specimen of adult of 2nd,3st toe dorsal or base metatarsal were typed. Result The inherenl artery of 3st toe lateral flap can be grouped into type Ⅰ, Ⅱ Ⅲ and Ⅳ. Conclusion The main blood supply on tibial side flap of 3st toe is from 2nd toe metalarsal artery and 2ed dorsal artery. The main blood supply on pulp flap of 2nd toe is from metalarsal artery.
