摘  要:为掌握铝合金5052织构演化规律,通过双向拉伸试验模拟铝合金板材受平面应力作用下的单向拉伸、平面应变、等双拉三种典型应变状态,获得取向分布函数并进行了定量分析。结果表明:该板材中轧制织构密度普遍较弱而再结晶织构立方取向、R取向及D取向密度较强;在不同应力状态下织构随着应变比绝对值增加而聚集;织构体积分数随应变比的变化不大,随机织构占有较大的体积分数。The crystallographic textures affect the formability microscopically of material. In order to master the evolution law of A1 5052, three plane stress states that were uniaxial tensile, plane strain and equal-biaxial tensile were obtained by biaxial tensile loading. After that, the textures of three specimens and the original material were measured and the orientation distribution functions(ODF) were obtained and quantitatively analyzed~ The results show that, the ODF density of rolling textures is weak while the recrystallization Cubic, R and D textures exist; textures assemble with the increasing of absolute value of strain ratio; volume fraction of textures don't change considerably and the random textures dominate in the whole volume.
