高灵敏度唾液葡萄糖试纸条的实验研究

摘　　要：目的制作高灵敏度唾液葡萄糖检测试纸条．探讨以唾液为标本无创监测血糖的可能性。方法用2，4，6三溴-3-羟基苯甲酸（TBHBA）为色原的葡萄糖氧化酶法试剂制作试纸条，用CCD检测反应后的唾液葡萄糖检测试纸条的色度。结果葡萄糖浓度在5～40mg／L间时纸条检测线性良好．CV值批内3．8％，批间4．7％，平均回收率99．2％，与全自动生化分析仪方法结果具有较好的一致性。结论所制的试纸条已达到检测唾液葡萄糖的灵敏度要求，与CCD检测技术结合为血糖的无创监测奠定了技术基础。Objective To research a paper strip for the highly sensitive determination of saliva glucose and explore the possibility of monitoring blood glucose non-invasively. Methods The method of GOD with 2,4,6 tribromo-3-hydroxybenzoic acid（TBHBA） as a new chromogen was employed to make paper strips. The paper strip was detected by CCD detector. Results The linear range was 0-40mg/L. The CVs of among-batch and between batch were 3.8% and 4.7%,The average recovery rate was 99.2%. There was a good correlation between the results and that of biochemical analyzer. Conclusion This paper strip has high sensitivity and can meet the demand for the determination of saliva glucose, which may contribute to monitor blood glucose non invasively.
