摘　　要：目的寻找涪陵区群体性突发事件的某些规律，就如何提高对群体突发事件的现场救护能力进行探讨。方法对2003～2005年期间涪陵急救分中心急救部的157次群体性突发事件资料，作流行病学分析。结果呼救方式主要是120，群体性突发事件类型前3位构成比依次为交通事故73．89％、急性中毒22．26％和暴力事件5．10％；人员伤亡主要集中在25～40岁的年龄段；事件主要发生在12：00～20：00之间；对突发事件应急反应3项指标均有延长趋势。83．58％的反应间期超过10min，一半以上的患者在10min内得到现场诊治和转运。结论为提高对突发事件的现场救援能力，应向市民普及急救和安全知识，加强公共卫生监督管理工作，提高急救分中心远程急救能力，同时要加强乡镇一级急诊科建设，合理安排伤员的现场诊治和转运时间。Objective To investigate how to increase the abilities of group incidents emergency medical rescuing on spot by searching some regularities of group incidents which happened in Fuling. Methods The epidemiological clinical group incidents data of 157 cases of Fuling emergency medical branch centre from 2003 to 2005 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The major rescuing way was call 120. The ahead of 3 types of group incidents proportion that traffic accidents were 73.89%, acute poisonings were 22.26% and violence incidents were 5.10%. Personnel injuries and deaths main concentrated from 25 to 40 years old. Incidents happened main concentrated from 12：00 to 20：00. Three indexes all had extended tendency of emergency reaction of incidents. The reaction interval of 83.58% incidents were exceeded 10 minutes and half of patients were diagnosed, cured and transferred on spot . Conclusion In order to increas rescuing abilities on spot of incidents, we should be popularized to residents emergency treatment and safe knowledge, strengthen supervisor and management of public health and increas long range rescuing abilities of emergency medical branch centre, meanwhile strengthened construction of first order department of emergency medical in small towns and arranged the time of diagnosis, therapy and transfer on spot reasonably.
