综合医院中医科住院患者焦虑抑郁状况调查

摘　　要：目的探讨三级甲等综合医院中医科住院患者的焦虑抑郁症状。方法采用综合医院焦虑抑郁筛查量表、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表为调查工具,对56例中医科住院患者(研究组)和60例呼吸、心内、消化科同期住院的患者进行调查分析。结果研究组焦虑抑郁阳性率75.0%,对照组48.3%(χ2=8.67,P<0.01);研究组焦虑分量表评分显著高于对照组(P<0.01),但抑郁分量表、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。两组各系统躯体疾病焦虑抑郁阳性率比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05),但研究组非躯体疾病诊断的焦虑抑郁阳性率显著高于对照组(P<0.01),病期≥5a者焦虑抑郁阳性率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),<6mo者显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。对照组高龄段焦虑抑郁阳性率较高。结论综合医院中医科住院患者中病程迁延,病种繁杂,多伴有焦虑抑郁障碍,多为心身疾病。Objective To explore inpatients＇ anxiety-depression states of dept. of traditional Chinese medicine in grade A of level 3 general hospital. Methods investigations were made with the the Hospital anxiety and depression Scale （HAD）,the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale（SAS） and the Self-rating Depression Scale （SDS） in 56 inpatients of dept. of traditional Chinese medicine（research group） and 60 synchronization ones of respiratory,cardiac and digestive dept. （control group）. Results The positive rates of anxiety-depression were respectively 75.0% in the research group and 48.3% in the control group（P〈0.01）;scores of Anxiety Subscale were significantly higher in the research than in the control group（P〈0.01）, but there were no significant differences in the Depression Subsacle, SAS, SDS （P〈 0. 05）;the anxiety-depression positive rates of non-somatopathy diagnoses （P〈0.01） and those of ones whose stadia ≥ 5 years（P〈 0.05） were significantly higher,and those of 〈 6 months lowere（P〈0.01）. Anxiety-depression positive rate was higher of elderly class in the control group. Conclusion The inpatients of the dept. of traditional Chinese medicine have course protraction and trivial and complicated entity, and most of them are accompanied with anxiety-depression and suffer from psychosomatic diseases.
