摘 要:目的探讨不同类别高校大学生的心理健康状况。方法对沈阳市四类不同类型高校的930名大学生采用症状自评量表进行测评,并与国内常模进行对比分析。结果沈阳市四类不同类型高校大学生心理问题检出率为12.81%,其中理工类占26.98%,师范类占18.18%,医科类占10.82%,艺术类8.81%;四类高校大学生心理问题检出率经X2检验差异有显著性(P<0.05)。症状自评量表测评各类院校大学生各因子分及总分均高于中国成人常模(P均<0.05)。艺术类院校各因子分及总分,阳性项目数均低于理工类、师范类及医科类;文科学生各因子分及总分均极显著高于理科学生(P均<0.01)。结论大力推行素质教育,积极开展心理健康教育,对提高大学生的心理健康水平具有重要意义。Objective To explore the mental health status of college students from different sorts of university. Methods Measurements were conducted with the Symtom Checklist (SCL-90) in 930 college students from 4 kind different sorts of university of Shenyang and compared w.ith domestic norm. Results Detection rate of psychoproblems of the students was 12.81%: in order 26. 98% of ligong university, 18. 18% of the normal,10. 82% of the medical and 8.81% of the technics,which showed significant differences in detection rate (P〈0.05). The each factor and total scores of the SCL-90 were higher in the students than in Chinese norm(P〈0. 05). The each factor and total score and positive items of technics university were lower than those of the ligong, normal and medical university; The each factor and total score of liberal arts students were very significantly higher than those of ligong ones(P〈0.01). Conclusion Practising quality education vigorously and developing mental health education actively are important to improve the mental health level of college students.
