摘　　要：出口信用保险在西方已经是较为成熟的险种,是促进外贸出口的重要政策性金融工具。而在我国,出口信用保险只有短短二十年的发展时间,无论是法律规制还是业务实践都不成熟。我国应充分借鉴国外的先进成熟经验大力发展出口信用保险,健全相关法律,加大支持力度。Export credit insurance is an important policy- based financial tool for exportation, which has developed more than 100 years in western countries. While in China, there are only 20 years since birth. It still not mature in law nor in practice. We should develop export credit insurance through abroad mature experience.
