摘 要:对辣椒根腐病病原菌进行了生物学特性的初步研究。试验结果表明,病菌菌丝在大多数培养基中均能良好生长,而在马铃薯酵母膏琼脂培养基上生长较为缓慢;菌丝在10~35℃范围内均能生长,最适为25℃;菌丝生长的pH值范围为3~12,最适pH值为7;光照对菌丝生长影响不大;菌丝致死温度为64℃、10min。病菌在马铃薯斜面上易于产孢,且产生的大多为大型分生孢子,而在PSA斜面上产生的以小型分生孢子为主;在其他测试培养基上不易产孢。病菌分生孢子在各种营养物质中均能萌发;萌发温度范围为15~35℃,最适温度30℃;pH值3~12间病菌孢子均能萌发,最适pH值为7;分生孢子致死温度为58℃、10min。The biological characteristics of Fusarium solani was studied in this paper. The results showed as follows: the nlycelial could grow better on the most of culture media, but worse on the potato yeast agar culture than others. The temperature range for mycelial growth was 10-35℃, 25℃ was the optimum. The mycelial might grow from pH3 to pill2, pH7 was the best. The effect of light on the myeelial growth was not evident and myeelial lethal temperature was 64℃,10min. Pathogens were apt to produce coidia on the inclined plane of the potato, the conidia were the mostly large-scale style, but the ones that produced on PSA inclined plane were mainly small-scale type, it was difficult to produce conidia on various kinds of c, ulture media. The conidia could germinate in most kinds of nutrition. The range of temperature for conidia germination was 15-35℃, 30℃ was the optimum. The conidia could germinate within the treatments from pH2 to pill2, pH7 was optimum, which the conidia lethal temperature was 58℃, 10min.
