摘　　要：目的：制备法莫替丁缓释片剂，并评价其释放特性。方法：用正交试验设计对片剂的处方、工艺进行筛选与优化，制备法莫替丁缓释片剂，测定其释放特性。结果：以优选的处方、工艺所制备的片剂，体外释药性能良好，符合Ｈｉｇｕｃｈｉ模型，持续释药达１２ｈ以上。结论：该片剂处方合理，工艺简单，适合于工业化生产，可为消化性溃疡病的临床防治提供一个新剂型。OBJECTIVE: To prepare sustained release famotidine tablet and evaluate its drug release property. METHODS: The optimal formulation and technology of the tablet were found with orthogonal experiment design. RESULTS: The release rate of the prepared tablet conformed to Higuchi equation and the drug was sustained released in vitro over 12 h.CONCLUSION: The tablet will play an important part in prevention and treatment of peptic ulcer as a result of its reasonable formulation and simple technology.
