摘　　要：随着电信行业的日益发展,电信业务的不断扩大,系统资源科学管理的地位越来越重要。电信网络资源是电信管理部门最重要的基础设施,其准确、完整与否,直接影响着通信网络的规划、建设和管理。本文以广州移动公司通信管网为实例,详细给出了GIS实现的具体方案,并设计和开发一个GIS系统,应用于广州移动网络资源的管理。　With the development of the telecommunication industry, the telecom operation has been enlarged persistently, and the scientific management of the system resources are more and more important in the present detailly. This paper take the telecom net of GuangZhou City as example, gives the GIS carry out of concrete project, and design and develop a GIS system, which can be applied to move the management of the network resources in Guangzhou.
