摘 要:目的观察龙牡壮骨冲剂对小鼠胃肠动力和血浆胃动素(MTL)的影响。方法将小鼠随机分为对照、模型、龙牡壮骨冲剂大、中、小剂量组。用甲氧氯普胺、阿托品、新斯的明、肾上腺素尾静脉注射复制胃肠动力紊乱模型,以营养性半固体糊灌胃,标记并测量胃残留率和小肠推进比,以放射免疫法测量其血浆MTL水平。结果与正常对照组比较,甲氧氯普胺可致胃排空加速,新斯的明可致小肠推进比增加,同时均可使血浆MTL升高(Pa<0.05);阿托品可致胃排空减慢,肾上腺素可致小肠推进比降低,同时均可使血浆MTL降低(Pa<0.05)。龙牡壮骨冲剂对正常组胃残留率和小肠推进比无影响。与模型组比较,龙牡壮骨冲剂对甲氧氯普胺、阿托品、新斯的明和肾上腺素致胃肠动力紊乱有逆转作用(Pa<0.05);对各组MTL紊乱亦有逆转作用(Pa<0.05)。结论龙牡壮骨冲剂可双向调节胃肠运动,并有剂量依赖性,其对胃肠动力调节作用可能是通过影响血液中MTL实现的。Objective To observe the influence of longmuzhuanggn powder(LMZGP) on gastroenteric movement and plasm motilin (MTL) in rats. Methods Rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, LMZGP large dose group, LMZGP middle dose group, and LMZGP low dose group. To establish the model of disorder of gastric depletion and small intestinal advancement by using maxolon,atropine, neostigminc and adrenaline. Gastric emptying and intestinal progradating rates in mice were tested with black nutritious semi solid cataplasm. Level of MTI in hemtatoplasma was tested by radio immunoassay. Results Maxolon accelerated gastric depletion and neostigmine accelerated intestine propagation and heightened the level of MTL in hematoplasma( Pa 〈0.05 ,vs control group). Atropine inhibited gastric emptying and adrenaline inhibited intestine propagation and degraded the level of MTL in hemtatoplasma( Pa 〈0.05 ,vs control group). LMZGP administrated orally had no significant influence on the gastric depletion and small intestine advancement in normal mice, but improved the gastroenteric movement in animal model of gastroenteric movement disorders which manifested as relieving gastric depletion disorder by atropine and maxolon, antagonizing significantly the acceleration of or lowering small intestine advancement induced by ncostigmine and adrenaline( Pa 〈0, 05 ,vs model group). Low dose of LMZGP also had some reverse effect. LMZGP also dose - dependently antagonized disorders of the level of MTL( Pa 〈 0.05 ,VS model group). Conclusion LMZGP has dual - directional regulating effect on intestine propagation by a mechanism of action mainly on MTL .
