摘 要:通过高压静电纺丝技术,以异丙醇/水为混合溶剂,通过TiO2共混改性,制备了不同二氧化钛含量的聚乙烯-乙烯醇(EVOH)/二氧化钛(TiO2)非织造布,通过扫描电子显微镜、X-射线衍射(XRD)对其微观形貌、结晶性能进行了研究,并分析了相对面电阻和吸碱率与TiO2共混量的关系。结果表明:经TiO2共混改性后,纤维中有白色团状突起出现,有实心纤维和空心纤维两种形貌;XRD分析表明,随着TiO2含量的增加,EVOH/TiO2非织造布的结晶度越来越低;非织造隔膜的吸碱率最大可达到950%。In the present study, a direct and cost-effective method for making non-woven membranes ot poly (ethylene-co-vinyl alcohol)/titania (EVOH/TiO2) using as cell membrane materials was described. EVOH/TiO2 non-wovens were prepared by electrospinning with the mixture solvent of isopropanol and water. The influences on the properties of EVOH/TiO2 non-wovens were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results indicated that EVOH/TiO2 composite fibers included both solid and hollow fibers with irregular shape, and a lot of TiO2 particles were embed in the surface or interior of the EVOH/TiO2 composite fibers, Along with the increasing of the content of TiO2, the non-wovens of EVOH/TiO2 displayed low intensity peaks corresponding to a lowly crystalline observed by XRD. After the membranes were doped by nano-particles of TiO2, the alkali liquor absorption of the membranes could reach 950 %.
