NIDDM患者血清过氧化脂质及红细胞超氧化物歧化酶活性变化及其意义

摘  要:为探讨糖尿病患者血清过氧化脂质(LPO)和红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性与血糖、视网膜病变的关系,对53例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NIDDM)患者检测了血清LPO和红细胞SOD活性。结果表明:NIDDM患者血清LPO水平高于正常对照组,且与糖化血红蛋白(HbAIC)呈正相关,有视网膜病变者血清LPO升高更明显,红细胞SOD活性则低于正常对照组,并与HbAIC呈负相关,有视网膜病变者降低更明显。提示高血糖可使NIDDM患者体内脂质过氧化自由基反应增强,SOD活性降低,这可能是糖尿病患者视网膜病变早发、高发的主要因素之一。The activity of erythrocyte superoxide dismutase(SOD) and the level of plasma lipid peroxide (LPO) in 53 patients with non insulin diabeta mellitus(NIDDM) were determined.The results showed that the levels of LPO in NIDDM patients were higher than those of the normal controls,and were correlated with glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAIC).In the patients with retinopathy the LPO levels were significantly higher,while the activity of erythrocyte SOD was lower than those of the normal controls,and were inveresly correlated with HbAIC.In the patients with retinopathy the levels were significantly lower.These results shows that an increase in the plasma glucose may increase the reaction of lipid peroxide and free radicals and may lower the activity of superoxide dismutase in patients with NIDDM.These changes may be one of the primary factors that causes the early onset and high occurence of retinopathy in diabetes mellitus.
