妊娠期铅的波动趋势与胎儿发育的监测

摘　　要：对１６３例健康孕妇进行血铅、发铅的动态监测及新生儿脐血、儿发铅含量的测定，发现不同孕周孕妇血铅波动在６．０７～６．３７μｍｏｌ／Ｌ之间，发铅波动在５．７５～６．２５μｇ／ｇ之间，新生儿脐血铅中位数２．７７μｍｏｌ／Ｌ，儿发铅２．４３μｇ／ｇ，明显低于母血铅及母发铅（Ｐ＜０．０１）。同步Ｂ超监测胎儿发育，胎儿出生后即查体，阿氏评分，新生儿体重、身高均正常。本研究所得出的孕妇血铅、发铅参考值，可作为监测孕妇铅含量的参考值，在此参考值内胎儿发育不受影响。妊娠期进行铅监测，对提高围产期保健质量有着深远的意义。Pb in the blood and hair of 160 healthy pregnant women were dynamically observed,and the Pb contents in the umbilical cord bood and fetal hair were determined Results:Pb fluctuation in the pregnant women's blood was 6 07￣6 37 μmol/L,and in the pregnant women's hair was 5 75￣6 25 μg/g The median of Pb content in the umbilical cord blood was 2 77 μmol/L,and in the fetal hair was 2 43 μg/g The Pb contents in the umbilical cord blood and fetal hair were significantly lower than those found in the pregnant women's blood and hair ( P <0 01).At the same time,supersonic B were used to observe the fetal growth After labour,the babies were immediately examined,and APGAR method was used for grading The body weight and height were normal The values of Pb contents in the pregnant women's blood and hair obtained in this research might be used as a reference for the evaluation of the Pb contents in pregnant women And the fetal growth would not be affected within the limit,of the Pb values obtained by this investigation Observation of the Pb contents during pregnancy plays a important role in improving the health care standard of pregnancy
