摘  要:简要介绍了芳香族聚噁二唑纤维的研究背景。以发烟硫酸为溶剂和脱水剂,对苯二甲酸和硫酸肼为单体,合成了聚对苯撑-1,3,4-噁二唑,通过溶液纺丝制备了耐高温纤维,并对纤维的结构、热性能、阻燃性、染色性等做了初步研究。结果表明:芳香族聚噁二唑纤维具有优异的耐高温、阻燃、电绝缘性能,以及良好的纺织加工性能和可染性,具有广阔的应用前景。The research background of aromatic polyoxadiazoles fibers was introduced. Poly (p-phenylene- 1,3,4-oxadiazoles) was prepared by the polymerization of terephthalic acids with hydrazine sulfate using oleum as both solvent and condensing agent, and fibers were obtained from wet spinning of the polymer solution. The preliminary study on the structure, temperature resistant, flame retardant and dyeing properties of the fiber had been conducted. Experimental results showed that the aromatic polyoxadiazole fiber was high temperature resistant, good flame retardant and electrical insulating, and its textile processing properties and dyeing properties were also excellent. This particular fiber had a potential application in many fields.
