酒精中毒和HBV易感性关系的研究

摘　　要：为证实酒精中毒树比非中毒树对ＨＢＶ感染是否具有更高的易感性，我们应用酒精性免疫抑制的树模型，观察了酒精性免疫抑制与没有免疫抑制的非酒精中毒树对ＨＢＶ的易感性，结果表明，酒精中毒的树在发生免疫功能明显受损的同时对ＨＢＶ易感性显著增高。This study was to study whether alcoholic animals had a higher susceptibility to hepatitis B virus(HBV) infection than non alcoholic controls.The susceptibility to hepatitis B virus infection in ethanol induced immunosuppressed free shrews was compared with that of non immunosuppressed tree shrews.The results showed that ethanol induced immunosuppression significantly increased the susceptibility to hepatitis B virus infection.
