摘　　要：科技人才节约是我国构建节约型社会的必然要求。分析了我国实施科技人才节约的必要性,指出了科技人才浪费的表现形式,并总结了科技人才节约的特点,最后提出了科技人才节约的对策。Economizing science ＆ technology talents is a necessary link in the course of China＇s constructing conservation- minded society. This paper analyzes the necessity that China economizes science ＆ technology talents. The forms of wasting science ＆ technology talents are pointed out. The characteristics of economizing science ＆ technology talents are summarized. The countermeasures of economizing science ＆ technology talents are presented to construct conservation-minded society finally.
