摘　　要：针对国产常规扩孔器存在切削效率低,保径效果和倒划眼功能差的现状,设计了一种具有倒划眼和保径功能的BG型高效扩孔器,并对BG—118型扩孔器的水力推进机构、切削块伸缩机构和切削系统进行了设计计算。将新型扩孔器放在专用试验台架上,模拟现场扩孔作业,在受力作用下进行地面试验,切削块在工作槽内伸缩自如,锁块安全可靠;切削块完全张开后的直径达到设计要求,泵压差约为2 MPa。This paper introduces the structure and operating principle of a new efficient underreamer which is provided with backreaming and gage protection(for short BG underreamer).The hydraulic push mechanism,cutting-block retract mechanism and cutting system of BG-118 underreamer have been designed and calculated.When the new underreamer had been put on the special tester under simulated hole reaming,it is found that the cutting-block is retractable in working grooves and the lock-block is on the safe side.The differential pump pressure is 2 MPa and the diameter of cutting-block achieves the design request when it has been completely stretched.
