摘 要:研究了碳酸盐垢成垢过程中成垢阴、阳离子浓度的变化规律,并在此基础上提出了利用酸碱滴定来评价阻垢剂性能的方法.其基本原理是用酸标准溶液滴定静态阻垢实验前后成垢阴离子(HCO3-)浓度变化来评价阻垢剂的阻垢效率.利用此方法对HEDP,PBTCA,丙烯酸-丙烯酸羟丙酯三元共聚物等常用阻垢剂的阻碳酸钙垢性能进行了评价,较传统的络合滴定法具有操作方便、经济,更易于实现自动化等优点.The trend in the change of cations and anions concentration during the precipitation of calcium carbonate was studied,and a new method of evaluating scale inhibitors′ efficiency was proposed via acid-base titration.The basic principle of this new method was to evaluate the efficiency of a scale inhibitor by monitoring the change of HCO-3 concentration before and after the static scale-inhibition test.The inhibitor efficiency of several inhibitors including HEDP,PBTCA,and terpolymer,was evaluated by using the new method with satisfactory results.Compared with the conventional complexometric titration,this new method provides a lot of merits such as being easy of operation,low cost,and being easy of automation.
