摘　　要：图书馆服务理论的当代缺失,其本质是我国图书馆界的主流群体在信息技术时代对其服务采取了一种过当的功利主义(或实用主义、技术主义)的解读。重构服务理论应摆脱服务技术、手段和项目的过多束缚,将探索视线转向对服务更为本源的理论追寻,关注图书馆服务的社会属性、价值取向以及对象研究,让信息技术环境下的图书馆服务能真正落脚于它的始发意义和当代价值,同时要处理好图书馆服务的公共属性和产业属性。The essence of the contemporary loss of the library service theory is the mainstream group in our library circles adopts excessive utilitarianism （or pragmatism, technical principle） unscrambling in the information technology times. Reconstructing service theory should get rid of excessive chains of service technology, means and projects and we should explore the line of sights to search the source of service theory, concern the social attribute, the value orientation as will as the object research, make the library have its original meaning and the contemporary value under the information technology environment and we should deal with the public attribute and the industrial attribute of the library service well.
