摘　　要：农民工是我国产业工人的重要组成部分。提高农民工的素质对于产业结构升级、科技创新、提高劳动生产效率和资源利用效率都有着极其重要的意义。本文提出了农民工人力资本的生态经济型转化,包括经济收益和生产效率提高,技术升级,对全社会福利水平正的外部性,以及经济发展的可持续性和城市生态环境的改进。然后,探讨了在城市生态经济系统中实现这种转化的体制。Peasant Workers are one of the most important part of industry workers in China. Peasant Workers＇ quality improvement is important to the industry structure upgrade, technological innovation, improvement of work and resources utility efficiency. We pose the Human Capital Ecologically Economic Transition of City Peasant Workers, which includes the improvement of economic income and work efficiency, technology upgrade and the positive externality to social welfare, economic development sustainability and city environment improvement. Then we outlined the system leading to the transition occurs.
