摘  要:由于我国旅游行业协会在生长路径、组织性质与地位、角色扮演等方面,与国外旅游行业协会存在较大差别,因而在实际运作过程中出现了不少问题:与政府关系不明确、自身建设存在缺陷、工作目标不明确、法制规范存在问题、经费来源不足等。我们必须从理顺关系、加强建设、明确目标、拓宽渠道等方面采取措施,加快我国旅游行业协会建设。Because of the big differences in its origin, nature and status, role playing between the Chinese tourism professional association and the foreign tourism professional association, so our country's tourism professional association has many problems in the practice: indefinite relationship with the government, deficiency in its self-development, unclear work goal, imperfection of legal system and regulations, insufficient funds and so on. We must take the following measures to speed up the development of the tourism professional association: combing the relations, strengthening the construction, setting the goal, and widening the channel and so on.
