桂林房地产开发与山水特色景观保护矛盾分析

摘　　要：通过对桂林市山水景观及城市建设所面临问题的分析,文章提出了桂林山水特色景观保护这一课题,并运用外部不经济理论分析了桂林城市建设尤其是房地产建设与山水景观保护之间的矛盾。最后,提出了桂林在未来的城市建设房地产开发中应采取的特色景观保护措施。Through pointing out the problem that mountains and rivers view and urban construction of Guilin, propose this subject of characteristic landscape reservation of Guilin. And then through analysing Guilin natural environment characteristics and current situation point out the contradiction between Guilin urban construction, especially real estate construction and the protection on mountains and rivers view, and analyse and prove it by the external theory. Put forward the protective measure which should be adopted in the future development of real estate of urban construction in Gui Lin finally.
