丽江水资源环境态势与调控对策研究

摘　　要：滇西北丽江盆地是丽江世界文化遗产所在地及金沙江支流漾弓江的发源地。水环境是丽江世界文化遗产地生态地质环境的重要组成部分。由于丽江城市化进程加快,对水环境保护不力,导致古城水污染加剧、水资源量衰减、生态景观用水不足和景观水质下降。通过实施"政策管理、技术措施、经济措施、教育措施"四位一体的水环境调控对策,保护城市应急地下水源地,并实施以调剂古城周边地下泉水为主,拉市海调水为辅的丽江古城景观调水方案,可以协调目前生产、生活及生态景观用水矛盾,有效保护丽江古城旅游水环境,为丽江古城世界文化遗产地的可持续发展提供保证。Lijiang basin located in Lijiang, northwest of Yunnan, is the location of Lijiang world culture heritage and the origin of Yanggong River. Water environment is the important part of Lijiang world culture heritage site. At present, with the fast development of city, the water environment protection is severely polluted. The pollution of water, decrease of water resources and the decline of water quantity and water quality are the severely actualities of Lijiang ancient town. Enforcing comprehensive research, legislation and protection of water resource environment are the most significant works for advancing harmonious development of society, economy and environment in Lijiang. And the allocation plan of landscape water of Lijiang is also put forward.
