摘  要:用高效毛细管电泳和二极管阵列检测器,以环糊精为拆分试剂对氧氟沙星进行手性分离(最大分离度可达218)。发现衍生化环糊精有较好的分离效果,用含DMβCD40mmol·L-1,KH2PO470mmol·L-1,pH25的缓冲液,在25℃电泳,20kV分离电压下得到优化的分离结果。A method was developed to separate the enantiomers of ofloxacin, one kind of broad spectrum antibiotics, by capillary electrophoresis with derivatized cyclodextrins (CDs) as chiral selector. The separation was performed on a 57 cm×75 μm uncoated capillary. The optimal composition of mobile phase was 40 mmol·L -1 DM β CD(dimethyl β cyclodextrin) in pH 2 5 phosphate buffer. The separation factor of enantiomers was 2 18. A diode array detector was employed for the detection of enantiomers. The effects of CD concentration in buffer, the electrolyte concentration, temperature and separation potential were also investigated.
