摘 要:以兴安落叶松木材加工剩余物中提取的阿拉伯半乳聚糖(AG)为原料,与5-氟脲嘧啶合成了载药率为6.38%的阿拉伯半乳聚糖-5-氟脲嘧啶(AGF)。通过红外光谱和紫外光谱验证合成反应机理,并考察了AGF在pH值7.2的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中5-氟脲嘧啶的缓释性能,AGF缓释52 h后5-氟脲嘧啶的累积释放率为16.52%。Arabinogalactan, which was extracted from the processed wood residue of Larix gmelinii( Rupr. ), was reacted with 5-fluorouracil to obtain the novel arabinogalactan-5-fluouracil ( AGF), which has a loaded capacity of 6.38 %. The mechanism of reaction was corroborated via infrared and ultraviolet spectrometries. Its delayed releasing function was characterized by the curve of cumulative release percentage in the phosphate buffer ( pH value 7.2 ) solution. The drug releasing rate was 16.52 % in 52 h.
