摘　　要：随着网络技术的发展,人们越来越适应并慢慢习惯于网上支付。这种网上支付的方式是电子商务的关键环节,也是电子商务得以顺利发展的基础条件。网上支付系统是我国电子领域的配套服务项目之一。该系统由海关业务系统、网上支付系统以及银行业务系统三部分组成。我国目前开办的网上银行业务都是在现有商业银行基础上发展起来,把银行服务业务运用到Internet,开设新的电子服务窗口,即所谓传统业务的外挂电子银行系统。本文对银行网上支付系统的整体结构及相关概念做了介绍,并且研究了其中WEB服务的设计方案。With a constant network technology development, people are growingly accustomed to E - payment. E - payment is a key element of electronic commerce and also a fimdamental factor for its development. E - payment is one of China Electron Service that contains Custom Business System, China Electronic- port E- payment and Banking System. At present, many Chinese E- payment services develop on the basis of Commercial Banking Services and then imitate banking business into Internet to start a new e- business, so - called Traditional Appending E - commercial System. A basic structure of Banking E - payment System and some relevant notions were desribed and the designing proposal of WEB service were studied in this paper.
