摘  要:目的:据报道,芦荟中多糖醛酸酯具有促进肉芽组织生长作用,其中的一些生长因子对伤口愈合抑制物有综合作用。通过观察烧伤豚鼠伤口上皮出现时间、愈合时间及皮肤组织中纤维连接蛋白的含量,探讨芦荟对伤口愈合的作用机制。方法:实验于2006-10/11在咸宁学院医学院中心实验室完成。①实验材料:纤维连接蛋白;美国芦荟1株;健康豚鼠20只,体质量500~550g,雌雄随机。②实验分组:将豚鼠随机分为芦荟组及对照组,每组10只。③实验干预:芦荟组:将封包好的芦荟凝胶外涂伤口处用纱布包封,2次/d。对照组:用庆大霉素纱条外敷伤口处,2次/d。④实验评估:记录上皮出现时间,平均愈合时间及15~25d的愈合率;分别于治疗前,治疗后15d和25d取愈合后皮肤测定组织液中纤维连接蛋白的含量。结果:20只豚鼠全部进入结果分析。①用药后两组豚鼠伤口愈合时间:与对照组比较,芦荟组上皮出现时间早,伤口愈合时间明显缩短,15d和25d的愈合率高(15d愈合率P<0.005,其余均为P<0.001)。②涂药前后两组豚鼠皮肤组织中纤维连接蛋白的含量:用药前未测出皮肤中的纤维连接蛋白含量,用药后15和25d皮肤中纤维连接蛋白含量逐渐增多,与对照组比较,芦荟组纤维连接蛋白含量明显增加(P值均<0.001)。结论:芦荟凝胶中的多糖成分能使皮肤组织中纤维连接蛋白增加,是促进伤口愈合机制之一。AIM: It is reported that glycuronate from aloe can accelerate the growth of granulation tissue, and some growth factors have synthetic action on intention inhibitor. The influence of aloe on intention is explored by observing the emergence time of wound epithelium, healing time and fibronectin content in skin tissue. METHODS: The experiment was performed at the Central Laboratory of Medical College of Xianning College from October to November 2006. ①Experimental materials included fibronectin, one American aloe and 20 healthy guinea pig with the body mass of 500-550 g of either sex. ②These guinea pigs were randomly divided into aloe group and control group with 10 in each group. ③Wound of guinea pigs of aloe group was overlaid aloe gel and wrapped with gauze twice a day. Wound of guinea pigs of control group was wrapped with gentamicin gauze twice a day. ④Emergence time of epithelium, mean healing time and 15-25 day healing rate were recorded. Fibronectin content in tissue fluid was determined before treatment, at days 15 and 25 after treatment, respectively. RESULTS: Totally 20 guinea pigs were involved in the result analysis. ①Compared with the control group, emergence time of epithelium was early, healing time was obviously shortened and 15-25 day healing rate was high in the aloe group (15-day healing rate P 〈 0.005,others P 〈 0.001). ②No fibronectin expressed in skin before treatment, but increased gradually after 15-day and 25-day treatment. Compared with the control group, fibronectin content was significantly increased in the aloe group (P 〈 0.001). CONCLUSION: Glycuronate from aloe can increase the fibronectin content in skin tissue, and accelerate wound healing.
