益肾通淋汤对尿石病人尿中草酸钙结晶的影响

摘　　要：本文就益肾通淋汤对尿结石病人尿中的草酸钙结晶的影响进行了随机对照观察。结果:实验组尿中出现草酸钙结晶、大晶体、结晶聚体的例数比对照组少(P<0.01)。提示益肾通淋汤有抑制尿石病人尿中草酸钙结晶的析出、增大和聚集的作用,以及可能有预防尿结石的形成和复发的作用。This article reported the random contrast observation of the effect of Yi Shen Tong Lin Tang (Decoction for Nourishing Kidney and Treating Stranguria) on calcium oxalate crystal in the urine of patients with urolithiasis. The results showed that the numbers of calcium oxalate crystals, big crystals and crystallines in the urine of experimental group were less than those in the control group (P<0.01). This suggests that Yi Shen Tong Lin Tang is effective for checking the separation, enlargement and aggregation of calcium oxalate crystal in the urine of patients with urolithiasis, and it also has the effect of pre- venting the production or recurrence of urolith.
