摘  要:青海油田水平井钻进过程中经常发生大段划眼、卡钻、井塌和井漏等复杂情况。为解决井壁垮塌、井眼阻卡,防止岩屑床形成、降低摩阻和保护产层等难题,针对不同地区、不同地层特征的水平井对钻井液性能的要求,从钻井液的润滑性、携岩能力、降滤失效果等方面出发,形成了水基成膜钻井液和聚合醇甲酸盐超低渗透钻井液,同时制定出合理的钻井液维护处理方案。现场应用结果表明,水基成膜钻井液和聚合醇甲酸盐超低渗透钻井液性能稳定,井壁稳定能力强,润滑性好、滤失量低,顺利完成了水平井的钻井、电测、下套管和固井作业等施工。利用钻井液的半透膜性能配合使用屏蔽暂堵技术,有效地封堵地层层理裂隙,防止了地层水化膨胀、黏土颗粒的运移及井壁坍塌,起到较好的保护油气层效果。A water base mud with filming capacity and a poly glycol-formate drilling fluid with ultra-low filtration rate were applied in drilling horizontal wells in Qinghai oilfield to deal with the frequently encountered downhole troubles such as pipe sticking,bore hole caving,mud losses etc.A feasible and practical mud property maintenance program was also developed with the muds used,based on the knowledge about the requirements on drilling fluids in different formations.Field practices showed that the muds had good lubricity and a low filtration rate.Wellbore stability was achieved through the formation of a semi-osmosis membrane coupled with temporary-plugging technology.Reservoir permeability impairment was mitigated because of the inhibitive capacity of the muds used.
