摘  要:塔里木油田主要油气开发区处于生态环境脆弱的荒漠之中,钻井废液产生量大,污染负荷重,加之钻井作业分散,是塔里木油田主要的作业污染源之一。目前采用的自然干化填埋和常规固化法对其中的有害物质固定能力有限,存在潜在的二次污染环境风险。在分析了塔里木油田钻井废液污染特征基础上,引入天然纳米净化材料,研制了新型无害化处理优化配方,分析了无害化处理效果的影响因素,形成了新型无害化处理及再利用技术。应用后能形成微匣限处理环境,将钻井废液完全包容封闭以彻底吸附和分解污染物质,提高了无害化处置效果,缩短了施工周期。塔里木油田现场应用表明:应用新型无害化处理技术后,现场钻井废液固化体抗压强度和浸出液毒性指标检测均达到国家标准,施工完毕12 h后原池面即可行驶车辆,3年后监测指标仍然满足国家标准,无害化处理及再利用效果良好。Drilling fluid wastes in Tarim oilfield was the predominant pollution in the development of oil and gas in Tarim basin,and imparted great influence on the weak and sensitive ecosystem in that area because of the large amount of wastes generated and the drilling operation spread around.Drilling fluid wastes treatment presently deployed was the drying-and-burying conventional solidification methods,which may arose second pollution.A new formulation using nanometer material was adopted in the treatment of the waste in place of the traditional methods based on the analyses made on the features of the drilling wastes in Tarim oilfield.This novel formulation gave birth to a micro-encapsulation after treatment,and the drilling wastes were enclosed completely until it is fully adsorbed and broken up.Field application in Tarim oilfield showed that the new technology had better treatment effects and the operation period was reduced.The compressive strength of the treated solids from the drilling fluid wastes,and the toxicity of the lixivium of the drilling fluids all met the national standards.Vehicles can run on the treated solids 12 hours after the treatment.Inspection results 3 years after treatment gave results that still met the national standards.
