摘 要:目的了解护生对死亡的态度,为临床带教教师对其进行死亡教育提供科学依据。方法采用自行设计问卷调查189名护生对死亡的态度。结果不同性别、学历的护生在面临死亡积极探讨方面存在差异(均P<0.05);有无丧失亲人经历的护生对死亡的恐惧亦存在差异(P<0.05);护生对死亡态度认识较科学,但在心理、知识和能力上还未做好与死亡接触的准备。结论根据护生对死亡不同的态度,临床带教教师应因势利导,培养护生健全的人格和科学的死亡观,使其逐渐承担护理濒临死亡或死亡患者的神圣职责。Objective To investigate the attitude toward death among nurse students so as to provide information for delivering death education for them. Methods One hundred and eighty-nine nurse students were surveyed concerning their attitude toward death by using a self-designed questionnaire. Results There were significant differences in attitude toward death among the nurse students of different genders and educational backgrounds (P〈0. 05 for both). Significant difference in the attitude was found between those who experienced loss of loved ones and those who had not (P〈0. 05). The nurse students investigated had a scientific view of death, though psychologically and intellectually they were not well prepared for dealing With death. Conclusion On grounds that nurse students hold different attitude toward death, teachers should take the advantage of clinical circumstances to help them cultivate healthy personality and scientific concept of death and help them take on the sacred duty of delivering health care to terminally ill patients.
