摘  要:目的探寻改善单侧唇裂鼻畸形整复的个体化设计与提高两侧鼻翼在三维方向上对称性的新途径。方法采用Minics10.0、Geomagic Studi07.0、Magics8.05三个软件处理患者CT数据,完成唇裂鼻畸形整复的个体化设计并形成CAD数据,经快速成形机加工形成唇裂鼻畸形整复模型,再经空气压膜机压制外鼻及鼻腔前庭膜具。结果 得到了外鼻及鼻腔前庭膜具,该膜具与唇裂鼻畸形整复模型能够贴合。结论应用快速成形及空气压膜技术可实现模型的个体化设计、制作以及膜具的准确压制,可用于临床指导实践。Objective To search the new path for improving the individual design of the restitution of unilateral cleft Lip nasal deformation, and the three dimensional symmetry of bilateral nasal wings. Method The patient spiral CT data were processed with three software(Minics10. 0, Geomagic Studio7. 0. Magics8. 05) to complete individual designed and form CAD data. Then two models were produced with a rapid prototyping machine. Ultimately, applaied stamp film method, external nose and vestibulum nasi tectonic thecal tools were accomplished Result Procured external nose and vestibulum nasi tectonic thecal tools, their outline accord with their models. Conclusion The application of rapid prototyping technology and stamp film method have implemented individual designed , produced models and thecal tools, they can be used to direct clinical practice.
