摘 要:作者以等离子发射光谱法分别研究了受茎基腐病、生长年龄、不同地段,稀土等因素影响的巴戟天根中二十四种元素含量、结果表明:(1)巴戟天患茎基腐病后呈现的某些症状,可能与其根中硼、锰等微量元素含量显著下降有关。(2)二年生巴戟天根中多种微量元素含量较一年生者下降,可能是土壤元素含量下降而总生物量迅速增加所致;应适时补施微肥。(3)同村不同地段生长的巴戟天根中微量元素含量也有较大差异,故自然因素可显著影响巴戟天微量元素含量。(4)叶面喷施稀土后,巴戟天根铜、锰、锌等微量元素含量均有增加;氮、磷肥也可能影响巴戟天根铜、锰、锌含量。合理使用氮、磷、钾、稀土以及他微量元素肥料,应是巴戟天高产优质途径之一。In order to study the relationship between the trace element content ofthe drug and some factors,twenty-four kinds of trace element in RadixMorindae Officinalis were determined with plasma emission spectrometry.It was shown that:(1)Rotting of the stem of the plant may be responsiblefor the reduction of B and Mn contents in its root.(2)The trace elementcontent in the root of biennial plant is lower than that in annual plants,probably due to the increase of the total biomass and the decrease of therare elements in the soil.(3)The trace element content also varies in theplant growing at different areas in the same village,indicating that naturalenvironment plays an important role.(4)After the rare element fertilizerwas spread on the leaves,the content of Cu,Mn,Zn in the root increased,and N and P fertilizer may influence the content of Cu,Mn and Zn in theroot.It is concluded that to apply rationally the fertilizer of N,P,K,rareearth elements arid sgme trace elements is one of the ways to get highyield and good quality of Radix Morindae officinalis.
