摘　　要：文中介绍了当前卫星星座测控的几个特点,初步探讨了实现星座测控的几个途径,并结合国内的实际情况,对星座测控系统的建设提出了几点建议。The characters of telemetry tracking and commanding system （TT7C） in constellations were introduced. The way to carry out TT＆C technology was discussed. And the suggestion was presented to build the TT＆C system in our country＇s constellations system.
