脉通灵 I 号溶栓作用病理形态的定量研究

摘　　要：用家兔股动脉血管（直径１ｍｍ）制作血栓形成动物模型。分别观察脉通灵Ｉ号组［经胃插管给药，５ｍＬ／（ｋｇ·ｄ）］和对照组的血栓病理形态变化，同时进行图像分析。结果：脉通灵Ｉ号可推迟血栓的形成过程，并通过增加血栓中中性白细胞的数量促进血栓溶解。Animal model of the femoral artery thrombosis was produced in rabbits. Quantitative morphologic changes were traced during the thrombosis from 1 to 6 d .Mai Tong Ling No.1 was administered through gastric tube [5 mL/(kg·d)].The results showed that: Mai Tong Ling No.1 may defer thrombsis process and promote the dissolution of the thrombus through leucocyte increase in the thrombus.
