摘 要:用特异性放免法测定45例原发性高血压(EH)患者血浆肾上腺紧张素[ADM(153-185)]的水平。结果示EH组低于肾实质性高血压组,亦明显低于对照组;EHⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期的血浆ADM(153-185)水平组间比较有显著或非常显著差异(P<0.05~0.001);经降压治疗4周的30例EH患者血浆ADM(153-185)水平明显上升。提示ADM在调节血管舒缩中可能起一定作用。Plasma adrenotensin [Adrenomedullin, ADM (153-185)] level was measured by specific radioim-munoassay in 45 patinents with essential hypertension (EH). The results showed that plasma ADM(l53-185) lev-el of EH group was lower than that of renal parenchymal hypertension group (P<0.01) and control group (P<o.001), The level of plasma ADM(153-185)had significant difference among I, and stage of EH while com-pared with each other (P<0. 05~0.0001). ADM (153-185) level was markedly increased (P<0.001) after 4 weeks' follow up in 3o patients who received antihypertensive treatment- These data suggested that changes of plasma ADM(153-185) may play an important role in the regulation of vasomotortonicity.
