摘　　要：远程调试是调试嵌入式系统的基本手段,作为一款已被广泛使用的调试器,GDB尚无法完全满足嵌入式系统的调试需求。文中设计了一种利用ARM处理器硬件调试模块扩展GDB远程调试功能的方案,并以ARM920T处理器为例实现了该方案。Remote debugging is the basic pattern of debugging the embedded system. As a widely used debugger, GDB can＇t meet the full requirements of the embedded system development. A method to extend GDB was introduced, using the hardware debugging module in ARM processors. And the details of its design and implementation were described, with the ARM920T processor as an example.
