摘　　要：文章在单个二极管预失真电路研究的基础上提出了多管组合预失真电路,并进行了仿真,结果表明多管并联组合预失真电路能够比单二极管并联预失真电路在更大范围内实现线性度的改善。最后,采用 CDMA 信号作为激励,多管组合预失真电路得到的改善效果比单管更好。Based on the analysis of single-diode predistorter circuit, the multi-diode predistorter circuit was put forward. The simulation indicates that the multi-diode predistorter circuit can improve the linearization more than the single. And with the CDMA signal as exciter, the results show that the multi-diode predistorter really has more improvement than the single.
