摘　　要：随着海洋在国民经济发展和国防安全方面地位的不断提高,及时、准确地对海洋目标进行监视日益重要。现代小卫星体积小、重量轻,发射灵活,使它成为海洋目标监视的高效解决方案。文中在介绍海洋目标监视概念的基础上,阐述了现代小卫星在海洋目标监视中的应用及优点,并阐述了卫星海洋目标监视系统的关键技术。With the rising importance of the ocean on national economy and national defense security, timely and exact monitoring of ocean objects are more and more important. The modern small satellites have the features of small bulk, light weight and flexible launch, and thus become an efficient project for ocean object monitoring. The concept of the ocean object monitoring was firstly introduced and then the application and merit of the small satellite were described. Finally the key techniques were presented.
