摘　　要：党的制度是规范并制约党组织及党员的行为、协调并引导党内关系的一系列规程和行动准则。因此,只有制度的和谐,才能为党内各种关系的和谐提供坚实的基础和根本的保障。当前,要促进党的制度和谐,就必须在制度建设中坚持正确的原则,在全面推进中突出机制体制这一重点,不断增强党员的制度意识。Party＇s statute is a series of regulations and criterions for standardizing and restraining the deportments of party＇ s organization and commies, and for coordinating and guiding inner-party relations. Therefore, only the systematic harmony is able to provide with firm fundament and basic guarantee for the harmony of inner-party various relations. Currently, to prod the party＇s systematic harmony must keep accurate principle in the systematic construction, stand out this main point of mechanism system in the entire acceleration, and constantly reinforce commies＇ systematic consciousness.
